If a project is canceled after commencement but before completion, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the point of cancellation based on our standard hourly rates or the milestones achieved as outlined in the Project Proposal.

For example, SEO results are influenced by numerous factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic levels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Point X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services or website.
9. Indemnification
